We build internal-operations systems, portals, integrations and reporting — and we run our own management platform as proof of what we do. We work in four stages (Discovery, Build, Go-live and Support) and the relationship does not end at delivery.

before the first call.

We don’t limit ourselves to one industry or size. We work with commerce, distribution, professional services, retail, manufacturing and regulated sectors. The criterion isn’t the industry, it’s the match between the problem and our way of solving it.

For operating companies with their own processes that standard software doesn’t fully cover, and who value a medium-to-long-term relationship with the team that builds their tool. If a standard product supports your operation, that’s also a good option — we say it straight.

Fast setup. After Discovery we start building in 2-week sprints, showing work in each one. The first productive module ships quickly and the system grows from there, without waiting for the "big launch" typical of a corporate ERP.

We work with your team for 2 to 6 weeks. We map processes as they actually work today, not as the manual says. We identify pain points, redundancies and decisions that depend on people instead of systems. We come out with a scope document, a proposal and an implementation plan.

The client owns the code. But the relationship is built for the medium and long term: we prioritize maintainability and document for our year-three selves. Most of our clients have been with us for over a year and keep building on top.

We don’t sell via cold demo. The first conversation is a 30 to 45-minute call where we listen to the business context, the pain points and what you’ve tried before. If after that there’s a match for both sides, we propose a formal discovery. If not, we say so.
